All property we offer, we received from the owners or their authorized representatives (proof of ownership and authorized representative required). The Agency prepares the contract with the consent of both parties which includes all the details of a verbal agreement between the lessee and the leaser.

For the mediation service we charge both the tenants and owners, after realization. The commission for both sides is 50% of the agreed rent.
